The McElroy House will be remain closed during March.

March 4: Bailey Building with the new exhibit "Appalachian Patriots and the Revolutionary War" will be open on Wednesday – Saturday from 10 am – 2 pm, through the month of March.​

March 14: Our YHA annual meeting will be held on Saturday, March 14 at the YANCEY County Public Library at 2 pm.  General public is welcome.  Our guest speaker will be local historian, Michael Hardy, who will speaking on the Cherokee Wars of 1776
